RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT 

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. Kuss Luxury’s garments are very delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at Kussluxury@gmail.com within 5 days of your receipt to be eligible for a replacement at no cost. Once your damaged item is received, we will send a replacement of the exact same item and size.

 

We hope you love your Kuss Luxury purchase, but if you need to make a return, you can do so within 20 days from the date of placing your order. Your purchased can be changed or cancelled within an hour of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE:

* All sales items are not eligible for return or exchange (FINAL SALE)

* All promotional sale items are exchange ONLY or store  credit

* Customers are responsible for the return shipping label cost

* If your orders were placed with Free Shipping, we will deduct $15 from your refund.

 

All returns MUST meet the following criterial:

* Return New Items Only Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original tag attached. 

* Gifts Can Be Returned For An Online Store Credit ONLY: Items must be new, unworn condition with original hang tags attached.

* Remember To Keep The Tags On: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return the item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do not refund international  prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout. Should you wish to return an item, contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.

 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

* You Need To Contact Us To Get An RA (Return Authorization) Number: Please email us at Kussluxury@gmail.com for an RA #

* The RA # Must Be Written Outside Of The Return Package: You need to write RA # on the outside of the package. We will reject packages without RA #

Currently we are not provide return labels. We recommend using a traceable method to ship back your return and keeping your tracking number on hand until your return is fully processed. Kuss Luxury is not responsible for lost shipments.

EXCHANGE ITEMS: We will accept 1 time exchange ONLY for each purchase. Customers will be charged for shipping fee for exchange items.

PROCESSING TIMES: 

Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive  your new item (for exchanges), credit note, or refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive  email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 6-10 working days of receiving your return.

REFUNDS:

Allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed and up to an additional 5 days for the funds to reach your account depending on your payment method.
